Digital Communications Associate

Ndidi’s story with Fastora started before Fastora had a name. She first worked with Kator as a virtual assistant, helping him organise his work and gradually becoming part of the team around him. As the company began to take shape, she helped put some of the early structure in place, managed a team and worked with interns. She stepped away for a few months while Fastora went through a restructuring period. When it was time to rebuild, bringing Ndidi back felt like the right thing to do. She knew the company, understood how the team worked and had already played an important role in building it. She has been training in UI/UX along the way, but somehow keeps finding her way back to communications. That probably says something about where her interests naturally sit. She enjoys reading, runs a book club and is interested in how people take in and interact with information. At Fastora, Ndidi brings that mix of organisation, communication and curiosity to the work. She helps keep things moving, brings people together and makes sure the work gets from an idea to something people can see and engage with.
